SingleOps created CRM software to help with day-to-day operational tasks such as invoicing, estimating, tracking ROI, tracking Google Maps, and more. My day-to-day was focused on finding new business through cold calling, prospecting, and engaging in learning more about their businesses to set up a product demonstration with an account executive. My quota on average was at 113% of the goal each month. I obtained this by making on average 100 cold calls a day, keeping up with leads that had some interest, digging into a little bit more about their business, and being able to push through the no\'s. This leads me to become one of the top performers out of 12-15 other business development reps.
