As a Field Operations Specialist (FOS), I am responsible for the service experience of TIGER 21 \"Chairs\"(paid contractors who lead TIGER 21 Member Groups). The FOS is the \"go-to\" representative for our 50+\"Chairs\" as they assist in the logistics, delivery, and execution of 700+ Member meetings around the globe each year. I interface with Chairs daily and ultimately deliver a gold standard of service at all interactions to reflect TIGER 21\'s commitment to excellence. I proactively partner with each assigned Chair to develop meetings and Member interactions that matter. Manage Chair inquiries regarding, but not limited to, business, general and technical support, accounting, membership, problem-solving, and curriculum development. I am also responsible for all Meeting Logistics: Coordinating venues, food and beverage, AV, speakers, and arrangements for Member meetings. I am also responsible for coordinating and assembling required meeting materials and post-meeting data collection. I proactively ensure that all client/Member information in the CRM and other applications is correct and up to date, including performing background checks on new prospective Members of a Chairs Group and other new Members\' due diligence. And finally, it is my responsibility to communicate with the Chairs and support any new company policies and initiatives.
