Work with a small group of Fortune 500 and other global enterprise customers on their omni-channel communication strategy, this includes account security notifications (2FA, OTP, unauthorized attempts), promotional messaging, customer journey orchestration, chatbots, conversational commerce, cloud contact centers and other types of communication via various regional or use case specific channels such as SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice and others.
