Responsible for supporting and maintaining positive customer relationships among a select few of Dell\'s tier 1 public sector accounts in VA. • Held accountable by a $20MM+ annual quota to produce Year Over Year Revenue Growth by expanding into new Dell Technologies lines of business (Promote our “family of brands” to include Dell, Dell EMC, VMWare, RSA, Virtustream, Pivotal, and Secureworks, and collaborate with reps from those companies to grow our business). • Lead an account team comprised of inside and outside Technical Solutions Specialists and Sales Specialists. • Obtain vertical expertise and facilitate feedback to product groups and business operations on customer requirements. • Execute account management activities, qualify and develop sales opportunities, lead a robust account team, leverage specialty resources and partners to penetrate whitespace, and manage the entire sales cycle acting as the customer’s single point of contact within Dell. • Act as a trusted advisor to help my customers solve business problems by sharing my knowledge of the full Dell portfolio, to include our “family of brands” outlined previously. • Collaborate with internal team of technical specialists, engineers, partner, and channel resources to provide my customers with the expertise necessary to solve business and IT problems. Accomplishments: Exceeded 100% of quota 19 of 20 quarters with Dell. Exceeded over 200% 3 quarters, and 300% 4th quarter 2018. Awards include: Two time Regional Account Executive of the Quarter for the North America Commercial East District in 20••••17, Dell EMC President’s Club 2017, Account Executive of the Year for Virginia Public 2018, Dell EMC President\'s Club 2019, Dell EMC NA Commercial Mid-Atlantic Deal of the Year Award 2019, Dell EMC NA Commercial Mid-Atlantic Account Executive of the Year Award 2019, Dell EMC President\'s Club 2020
