Lead the implementation and evaluation for GoRaleigh\'s Transit Assistance Pass (TAP) Program, which provides fare free rides to over 14K transit users. Coordinate the expansion of program with 20+ Continuum of Care providers throughout Wake County to provide passes- Prepare project request submissions to the Wake Transit Plan Work Plan each fiscal year. Responsible for project progress reports and quarterly reporting to GoTriangle and the Central Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO)- Perform analysis of route performance metrics like boardings per revenue hour, cost per boarding, and on-time performance- Monitor technical systems responsible for data collection including fare systems and automated passenger counters (APCs)- Provide project management, planning, and analytical support to nearby municipalities on roll out of microtransit projects in the GoRaleigh system- Coordinate future designs for the Bus Stop Improvement Program, which installs amenities like shelters and benches to bus stops that meet ridership qualifications- Present planning and technical program information to Raleigh Transit Authority (RTA) and Transit Planning Advisory Committee (TPAC).
