Duties carried out in this role- Diagnose and resolve broadband and telephony issues across ADSL, SOGEA, FTTC, FTTP, Phoneline Plus, and Horizon Cloud phone systems- Take full ownership of customer cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction- Use a range of platforms including Openreach Portal, BT Wholesale, Vodafone, TalkTalk Portal, WLR systems, CRM, and Touchpoint to manage faults and provisioning- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient fault resolution and service delivery- Maintain accurate records and updates through CRM systems while meeting service-level targets
