For the last six years I have been programme manager for our Access and Networking product portfolio although I have also, concurrently or previously, been responsible for deliveries in every one of our four product areas: Mobile, SIP and Cloud. I have also been heavily involved in various operational initiatives and in 2017 initiated our Digital Strategy/Transformation programme. I am fully conversant with the core IP, SIP, DSL and MPLS technologies and have led implementations for all of those including the design and development of the supporting systems (OSS/BSS) structure and the build-out of fibre-optic networks.
