As Director of Sales & Marketing at Orange Tree Theatre, recently named Theatre of the Year by The Stage, I lead our marketing and box office teams to drive record-breaking revenue growth, achieve sold-out productions, and expand our reach globally through our digital platform, OT On Screen.I’m proud to be part of the leadership team during a period of significant transformation as we embark on a capital development project aimed at making the theatre more accessible, eco-friendly, and a true home for the artistic community.My role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing art direction for photoshoots, and managing a network of freelancers across print and digital to create innovative campaigns. I also focus on driving membership growth, ensuring we deepen engagement with our most loyal and engaged audiences.It’s an exciting time to help shape the future of the Orange Tree and connect even more people to the transformative power of live theatre.
