MongoDB is a source-available cross-platform document-oriented database program. The Professional Services team aim to provide expert advice to help customers be more efficient and successful in MongoDB.\\\\nAs a Project Associate, I\'m responsible for:\\\\n- High volume, less complexity projects (about 40 per quarter)\\\\n- Holding internal and external kick-offs to understand, plan and schedule/ deliver Professional Service days to customers\\\\n- Assigning and scheduling the best consultant for a customer\'s particular project/ needs\\\\n- Regular internal alignment with account team to ensure an unified front and internal objectives are being met\\\\n- Managing regular external calls with customers to go over their plans, next activities, objectives and timeline, to ensure their objectives are also met\\\\n- Ensuring all time cards are submitted in a timely manner\\\\n- Managing extension and conversion processes\\\\n- Being the customer point of contact for Professional Services delivery\\\\n- Accurately forecasting delivery revenue\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
