Experience across large technology and change portfolios, multi‑million pound budgets and restructures affecting hundreds of colleagues, with a focus on controlled delivery, visible risk and straightforward information for decision‑makers.Usually the link between executives, operations, technology and risk, turning strategy into plans, rhythms and measures that teams can actually work with. Known for bringing structure to messy situations, simplifying reporting and keeping people aligned without adding big‑company bureaucracy.Currently between roles and open to Business Manager and PMO / Chief of Staff‑type positions where there is a need to tighten execution and support growth.
