Deputise for Head of Destination Chesterfield and play a key role in the strategic direction for place marketing of Chesterfield and North Derbyshire - alongside local organisations and stakeholders.Responsible operationally for a team of 4, supporting all to grow and develop including media, creative marketing campaigns, customer service and sales.Develop annual commercial portfolios and track KPIs.Lead on growth and retention of 230 partner organisations with growth of 5 per cent or more each year and retention 85 per cent.Responsible for continuous improvement including new software and Chesterfield brand refresh.
