A people focused, hands-on, relationship driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 9 years recruitment experience and a CIPD Level 5 qualification who thrives in busy roles and projects.With extensive experience in full-cycle hiring across corporate business units including Finance, Risk, PMO, Business Change, HR, Sales, Customer Services. Additionally involved in influencing a positive candidate experience, employee onboarding and process improvement. Adept at working cross-functionally to achieve organisational goals and support culture.Following redundancy in April 2023, I expanded my skills and knowledge by commencing a CIPD Level 5 qualification. My first pregnancy, another redundancy and a temporary position later, I successfully completed this qualification in November 2024, giving birth just two months before my final submission in which I attained a High Pass.The commitment, discipline and passion I showed throughout my employment, studies and maternity proves I am an asset to any team and I look forward to returning to a position and organisation who values and utilises this.
