I began my career as a Short-Term Disability Specialist and transitioned into Unum’s Benefit Client Management role as the primary benefits relationship manager with a focus on total absence management, policy harmonization, plan design and client experience. Currently, I am focused on the client (employer and employee) experience and sales enablement for Unum’s new and innovative solutions including Total Leave, HR Connect, and Behavioral Health.
