I am a business-savvy engineer, environmental scientist, program manager, and regulatory Professional with many years of experience addressing the interlocking objectives of environmental protection, human health, and community resilience. As a New Chemical Review Manager, I Provide leadership for critical initiatives and projects, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of premanufacture notices (PMNs) under Section 5 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), determine whether activities related to the new chemical substance pose or might pose an unreasonable risk of harm to human health or the environment, and formulate regulatory strategies for new chemicals of concern.
