Program Liaison Pollution Prevention (P2) Results Taskforce- Through collaborative partnership with states, regions, academia, & NGOs, developed on-line national database to showcase national P2 results, performed grant administration, developed economic & GHG emissions metrics, & conducted training to diverse audiences- Measurement Tools- Led small team development for calculating program’s economic and environmental results. Developed on-line training modules, FAQs, trained +600 through webinars & onsite. Each tool—one each for calculating GHG reductions, cost savings, & conversions for hazardous materials, received positive feedback & enhanced program results- Reporting System- Developed a web based application to collect, analyze & report on P2 results from 10 regional EPA offices. Worked directly with Regional- HQ teams on functionality, development, testing, & training. Results: P2 Program has a credible way of collecting performance results- Marketing/Consensus Building- Energy, Environment and Economy (E3) Project Manager for PA, VA, WV & NY. Market the voluntary program message to stakeholders—five federal agencies help manufacturers improve their environmental & financial performance. Conducts marketing through electronic/print media, the web, best practice webinars, stakeholder meetings & consensus building among partners-GHG Networking: Participates in several working groups (helping Federal suppliers reduce GHG emissions; helping EPA prioritize which global warming potential chemicals to target)-Standard Development: Active engagement in work groups for development of environmental attributes for electronics (computer servers/tablets)
