ABOUT TANUJ AGARWAL

With over 25 years of diverse and dynamic experience in leading and growing businesses across multiple industries, I am a passionate and visionary business leader, strategist, and investor. I am the founder partner to The Sherpas, a company that provides export and import, art and craft, business operations consultancy, HR process consultancy, project management, funding for startups, and community upliftment services. Prior to that, I was the Group CEO of Chiripal Group of Companies, a listed conglomerate with interests in textile, yarn, denim, towel, education, and travel. I was responsible for managing a business of crore, setting and implementing the global corporate and business strategy, leading the sales and marketing operations, overseeing the production planning and SAP integration, and driving the M&A and foreign equity raising activities. I also received the President\'s Award from the President of India for best social services and best scout award in 1990.
