Managing a team 15-20 FTE, responsible for the following: Programme management for all of business systems, including HR & Digital, logistics, logistics, supply chain, warehousing and EDI areas, with full accountability for all strategic aspects and operational system performance. Business systems enterprise architecture and solutions architecture. Software engineering management (Interim for 18 months).In this role I have end to end accountability for programme and project delivery, strategic service management of over 100 products, operational budgets of £2m+ per annum, programme budgets of up to £10m, executive stakeholder management and commercial management of third parties.Notable successes; Full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across UK based employees. Managed the upgrade of Biztalk 2013R2 to implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity standards and subsequently managed a Biztalk 2020 build and application migration. Implemented a UK wide managed print solution, moving from an inefficient decentralised model, realising £500k per annum cashable savings. Developed a programme to modernise site-based building management systems. Replatform of legacy LMS and HRIS solutions to enable full decommission and realisation of cashable savings of circa £100k per annum. Definition of an integrated identity for weekly workers, enabling secure access to corporate services for users, utilising SAP IAS and CyberArk.
