Working with various members of exec and leadership teams, I deliver a wide array of projects to build a Better Greencore- Worked with our Chief Transformation Officer to lead a workstream on assessing our fragmented and expensive internal Facilities Management; identifying the need for a new role to collate and centralise our facilities management. Our Head of Facilities role was identified and recruited in as a result of this work- Lead a cross functional working group to introduce a salary sacrifice car scheme for colleagues with successful deployment of a portal that compared, ordered and tracked delivery of a new car- Lead the workplace strategy for several team relocations and estate portfolio decisions- Lead the creation of a hub and spoke office strategy, sourced, negotiated heads of terms, opened and fitted out 2 city centre locations (London, Leeds), which are now home to 200+ colleagues, including a full 45 day group and individual consultation- Lead a project to design, create the specification, tender and fit out a sq ft office via JCT contract- Lead projects around post-M&A integration workstreams on estate management, rebranding, staff shops and workplace systems- Created a One Greencore approach to our EV infrastructure; creating a policy, standardising assets and selection of back-end platform, front-end application and hardware partner. Combined a centralised approach for policy, procedures and procurement with a decentralised approach for sites to identify need, raise capex and install through chosen partners.
