This has been demonstrated by delivering commercial success as well as consistently achieving a 95% client feedback score across both teams with the Events Team currently sitting at a record 99% score. I have excellent knowledge of the event industry from a client, venue and supplier perspective as well as hands on experience of managing complex operation teams including technical resources.
