Responsible for standing up a pre-planning support program staffed with over 40 contractor personnel, to provide acquisition package writing services to government acquisition professional at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In this role I interviewed and hired over 30 candidates for business analyst, senior customer liaison consultant, requirements gatherer, and technical writer/editor positions. I worked with team members to establish and document processes and activities through RACI\'s and SOP\'s, created onboarding procedure for new staff, training material, tools, and resources for multiple work streams to implement. I facilitated the implementation of the program and once stood up, managed the day-to-day activities of all staff to ensure the success of the program. Other responsibilities Include:• Developing project plans and timelines.• Assigning tasks to staff.• Monitoring progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.• Communicating with stakeholders and staff.• Identifying and resolving issues that arise.• Ensuring that all work is completed according to established standards and guidelines.
