I effectively run my caseload of fast track and multitrack caseload to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion. I draft Formal Letters of Claim, Part 36 Offers, Particulars of Claims and Claim Forms and issue claims. I explore ADR, and have conducted mediation on behalf of a client. The trial process includes filing Direction Questionnaires, Reply to Defenses, preparing disclosure bundles and briefing counsel. • I lead and manage a team of two Paralegals who have a case load of pre-litigated fast track and multi track files which involves both onboarding, performance management and the supervision of their work. • I demonstrate exceptional client service by being a key main point of contact for a major client. I attend and contribute the monthly/quarterly client meetings. • I co-ordinate and deliver Recoveries Awareness Training to clients both in person and virtually to clients. • I demonstrate operational excellence by exceeding my billing and utilisation target every financial year at the firm. • I demonstrate innovation by developing an internal microsite for a specific broker and prepared the communication for the launch of the site. • I conduct and review management information reports to ensure accuracy and send to clients monthly and quarterly. • I also developed a guide on the Bordereau Process and delivered a presentation on this to clients. • I have collaborated with the on-boarding of new clients including reviewing and amending contractual documents including LSAs and CCFAs. • I co-ordinate the Audit and ensure the team is adhering to SLAs.
