ABOUT TALLEY SNOW

I’m a joint MBA/MPA candidate at The Wharton School and Harvard Kennedy School, focused on mobilizing private-sector capital to expand access in behavioral health and rare diseases.Before graduate school, I was an Engagement Manager on the McKinsey Health Institute’s Brain Health team, where I led research on the global burden of mental health and supported the strategy and launch of the Coalition for Mental Health Investment alongside Kokoro, the Clinton Global Initiative, Wellcome, and AVPA.Earlier in my career, I advised pharmaceutical and biotech clients on manufacturing strategy and rare disease market access — strengthening cell therapy, biologics, and small-molecule operations, and evaluating investment and commercialization pathways for emerging therapies.I’m particularly interested in the intersection of behavioral health innovation, healthcare financing, and policy reform — and in building durable systems that make high-quality care more accessible and sustainable.My long-term goal is to help shape policy decisions that make behavioral health an easy choice for individuals and investors.
