Experienced Non-Executive Director and Strategic Adviser with a proven record of guiding boards, executives, and Ministers through complex policy, regulatory, and governance challenges. I bring a distinctive blend of economic expertise, public sector insight, and commercial acumen to organisations navigating change, growth, and accountability.My 25-year career spans government, corporate, not-for-profit, and academic sectors. I have contributed to policy reform, financial services transformation, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.As a board member, I have served on the NSW Government’s Council for Women’s Economic Opportunity and Radiation Advisory Council, as well as numerous professional and community boards.My executive experience includes Head of Government Relations at Visa and Commonwealth Bank, and advising parties to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
