Conduct in-depth research and analysis on high-level municipal issues, providing recommendations to executive leadership- Support citywide projects by performing program evaluations, comparative studies, and statistical analyses- Collaborate with the City Manager’s Office to develop data-driven reports and presentations on municipal operations- Assist in the planning and execution of special initiatives across multiple City departments, including Public Works, Economic Development, and Community Services- Coordinate data collection and material preparation to support departmental decision-making and program improvements- Provide administrative and technical support for City programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals- Engage with the public to address inquiries and support community-focused initiatives- Receive mentorship from senior leadership to enhance professional development and gain exposure to all aspects of city operations- Contribute to Corona’s strategic goals by supporting efforts to improve organizational efficiency and public service delivery.
