As Product Manager for Adoption within Sodexo’s Digital & Data team, I’m responsible for driving the successful rollout, usage, and continuous improvement of Sodexo’s digital products across diverse client environments. My focus is on ensuring that every deployment delivers measurable business value, operational efficiency, and a positive user experience.Key responsibilities- Define and deliver adoption strategies that increase digital engagement, repeat usage, and overall return on digital investment across multiple business lines-Partner with operations, client services, marketing, and technology teams to align adoption objectives with site-level readiness, communication plans, and commercial priorities-Oversee end-to-end deployment cycles for multiple digital products, from pre-launch readiness and go-live activation to post-launch hypercare and performance optimisation-Establish consistent frameworks and success metrics to measure adoption performance, including user growth, transaction uplift, satisfaction, and site independence-Translate feedback and behavioural insights into actionable product enhancements, ensuring user needs and operational requirements inform the product roadmap-Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners to ensure digital solutions are understood, valued, and effectively embedded into everyday operations-Support the evolution of Sodexo’s digital ecosystem by identifying adoption challenges, creating scalable best practices, and sharing learnings across markets.
