Day to day enquiries are handled in an attentive manner and are resolved to the satisfaction of the enquirer, this includes processing various documents received through the post and relaying to the relevant team to initiate the relative procedure, proving information and seeking guidance where necessary as and when.Writing responses that are composed and produced in a structured manner, providing full explanation of issues. Providing technical guidance on the complex issues and queries; including supporting other teams within Wealth Operations.Continuously reviewing procedures and processes to ensure they remain effective and compliant; such as daily tasks using Browser Main Menu, Phoenix MP ST AM, document viewer, Cisco Jabber and Radon.Taking responsibility for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. Ensuring the preventative actions are implemented where necessary.Building and maintaining professional relationships with Stakeholders, making sure loss data is analysed.Suggesting process improvements and driving implementation. Queue SLAs within tolerance, and escalating any concerns with not achieving SLAs.
