Provide remote/onsite support for courthouse laptops, printers, scanners, and other essential devices.•Use Active Directory to reset passwords, manage user accounts, and address login or access issues.•Set up Cisco panels, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), projectors, monitors, and other AV equipment for hearings and meetings.•Provide support for telecom network closets and perform cable toning to ensure proper connectivity and organization.•Connect virtual proceedings via SIP addresses to ensure seamless video and audio communication.•Track, manage, and resolve IT issues using the Cherwell ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.•Configure and deploy new laptops, monitors, and portable devices. Ensure loaner laptops are updated and available for immediate use.•Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment for court proceedings, including microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.•Manage body-worn camera footage by ensuring secure upload, storage, and access for court cases.•Maintain compliance with courthouse IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure.•Perform system updates and patching for courthouse laptops to maintain performance and security standards.•Train courthouse staff to use tools such as Cisco panels, Webex, and courtroom-specific technologies effectively.•Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs, software updates, and procurement of new devices, ensuring timely issue resolution.
