By integrating restorative practices, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises, I create a space for staff to unwind, manage stress, and rejuvenate. These sessions are designed to foster resilience, balance, and a sense of community among the team, ultimately improving their capacity to provide compassionate care.In addition to this, I collaborate with various agencies in Alexandria, contributing to initiatives like the annual Youth Summit hosted by one of these organizations. This summit provides an empowering platform for young people, focusing on personal growth, leadership, and community engagement. My role involves supporting these efforts by offering wellness strategies and holistic care perspectives.
