My role involved managing the B2C eCommerce site (Samsung.com) comprising of a back-end data management SW, front-end content management SW, and an ERP system• Led strategic product development for Samsung.com and backend systems, delivering net-new initiatives from the ground up, including Shop App, Marketplace, BOPIS, and EPP.• Owned and scaled the Samsung Shop App, achieving 200K+ downloads and generating 30% of online revenue in its first year.• Expanded the Partner Purchase Program (EPP), growing the business 16% YoY.• Developed roadmaps for several strategic products, including Trade-in, Shop App, EPP, Marketplace, BOPIS, Order Emails, and more.• Spearheaded the implementation of delivery & fulfillment improvements aimed at boosting NPS• Recognized by the President of Samsung Canada and HQ for outstanding results and impact.
