I supervise, train and support a team of 16 community volunteers and student interns studying criminal justice, law and social work as well as full time staff.I run a storefront location that provides civil legal information, resources and referrals regarding clients social service needs.I provide legal and social service training to the staff and community on a variety of topics such as family law, housing, public benefits, immigration, consumer issues as well as challenges facing elders.I establish strong partnerships and relationships with other community based organizations and community partners such as legislators, educational institutions, mental health and hospital providers.I create the vision for community events and plan the execution and lead the efforts in terms of establishing in kind donations.
