Support in drafting content (including headlines, captions, publication descriptions, socialmedia posts, and press releases) in collaboration with other members of theCommunications Department- Assist with posting content digital platforms (website and social media)- Provide support on major communications initiatives (re-designing website, specialevents, initiatives, and campaigns) by maintaining content calendars, projectmanagement systems, and scheduling meetings- Compile analytics reports for the Center’s communications, marketing, and eventsefforts- Assist in maintaining communications between the Communications Department andoperating programs, including assisting in bi-monthly Comms trainings, stayingup-to-date on happenings across our programs, attending/documenting events andactivities through photography, video, and written updates- Provide support to the communications team, including acting as a representative of theteam at internal meetings, taking meeting notes, handling invoices, and helping tomaintain the department’s task management system- Maintain press contacts list, help field and route inquires to appropriate staff, and assistwith monitoring and tracking justice-related press
