Sylvain Montminy is the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Canada for Parsons. He has over 29 years of outstanding experience in project management, planning, design, evaluation, rehabilitation and construction of transportation and marine infrastructure. M. Montminy has a proven track record of successfully managing large transportation projects involving multidisciplinary teams throughout all phases of work and under all types of delivery models. He is also a Fellow at Parsons, recognized for his extensive expertise and experience with seismic engineering, and with specialty structures, such as moveable bridges, long span bridges, cable-supported bridges, railway and transit structures, aesthetically driven pedestrian bridges, tunnels and marine structures. He is fully bilingual (French and English).
