ABOUT THRINE KANE

Ms. Thrine Kane embraces team and organizational development, helping both groups and organizations become high-performing and more effective, while helping her team grow. She uses her background in leadership development and coaching to ask the right questions, hold the space for conversation, and embrace ambiguity. She enjoys helping her clients with their strategy, vision, and action planning and uses her training in design thinking to bring creative solutions to hard problems. Thrine prides herself on her service to the US Government and embraces international affairs and cross-cultural understanding. She has a background in European studies and language experience in German, Norwegian, and Spanish. She spent 16 years in the Intelligence Community as a government employee and contractor before joining Rockwood Company, and has represented the US abroad as a Fulbright Scholar and US State Department intern, as well as a member of the US Shooting team, where she competed in multiple World Cups and in the Olympics in Australia. Thrine brings a light-hearted yet professional style to her facilitation, having taken numerous years of training in improvisational comedy.
