As the Marketing Specialist at M&R Marketing, I work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop, execute, and assess the company’s comprehensive marketing plan. This role has given me the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are cohesive and strategically aligned with our goals. My responsibilities include research and brainstorming, strategy implementation, project management and sales support, brand management and promotion, and quality control. I am currently fulfilling these responsibilities while also serving as a Digital Strategist, balancing both roles to contribute fully to our team and clients.
