As the Director of Data Platform and Services, I am leading and managing our highly motivated DevOps team. I lead the development of a robust data platform production-grade scalable cloud infrastructure using a cutting edge technology tool stack. Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling to ensure the platform\'s reliability and scalability is fully met. This data platform serves all the adidas-wide data users like data engineers, data scientists, data analysts and BI engineers. My role also involves to maintain the data platform through a centralized operations service built to monitor all data pipelines from data source systems, model monitoring\'s and high-availability of the platform. Other key areas of contribution includes closing any security gaps, workloads optimizations, budget planning & allocation for the cloud services, identifying potential areas for improvement by implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
