As an HR and Corporate Relation Executive at KeyX Labs, a leading company in the IT sector, I am responsible for managing the human resources and corporate relations of the organization. I also work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where I coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and department goals, conduct phone interviews, pre-screen resumes, and onboard new hires. I have over two years of experience in technical recruitment, having worked at Rang Technologies Inc, where I supported the IT department in hiring qualified candidates. I have a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from SHAMBHUNATH INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY, ALLAHABAD, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Allahabad. I have also acquired certifications in Java Programming, Digital Marketing, and Employability Skills Training. I have strong skills in screening, HR management, talent management, and communication. I am passionate about finding and developing talent, enhancing employee engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
