Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations and placement.• Evaluate, screen, interview and present qualified candidates for hiring manager’s review.• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate\'s experience and meets requirement. • Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. • Clarify job requirements and assess needed skill set. • Conducted sourcing via Monster, CB & other job portals, Ceipal (ATS) resume database, • Negotiate salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates and close the position.• Make sure all position get covered with submission, less rejection etc.• Understand the urgency of recruitment and manage the flow of day-to-day operation.• Resume formatting, Employment Gap explanation etc.• Attending Conferences of clients to understand better about the job requirements. • Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate\'s experience and meets requirement.
