Acting as an approver and escalation point for the commodity managers across different jurisdictions worldwide to help resolve outstanding legal and contractual issues with suppliers globally. Providing training and knowledge sharing with the contract managers and other stake holders. Supporting procurement team in assessment of requirements and related risks. Working with cross functional teams, management team members and stakeholders to resolve supplier facing issues and challenges. Assisting in review and development of new processes and training requirements and creation / rationalization of standard terms / templates. Creating playbooks and fallback positions to capture resolution of various sticky and complex contractual issues and conducted training sessions for attorneys and stakeholders worldwide to align on the underlying intent / requirement. Identify training needs for legal and business teams and collaborating with them to conduct effective training sessions from time to time & driving new initiatives with regard to knowledge sharing.
