Reporting to the VP, HR EMEA, as a member of the EMEA HR leadership team I am a conduit between the regional HR leaders and core stakeholders across the business. My Role includes: Works Council Relations Strategy In the last 18 months I have implemented a new workplace representation strategy program across 5 countries, providing clear tracking metrics and continue to look for further improvements and automation. Key responsibilities include: • Consulting with the various stakeholder groups on matters relevant to the works councils, unions and other employee representative bodies in Europe • Ensuring all stakeholders are well informed on the remit of the works councils • Preparing and providing the necessary and relevant information to the regional HR leaders in a timely and concise format to expedite works council review and consultation where required • Maintaining a strong partnership with each of the regional HR leaders who own the relationship and negotiation strategy for in region workplace representatives • Preparing and leading two key events annually with three works council regions and global executive/senior leaders to build relationships and alignment to the business and the regions Organisational Effectiveness Programs for EMEA I am responsible for, in partnership with the Global Organizational Effectiveness Centre of Excellence and regional HR leaders, leading the successful roll-out and execution of multiple talent management programs to support organisational development across the EMEA region, including: performance management; employee engagement; talent development; equity, diversity & inclusion EMEA Strategy and other initiatives to drive a high-performance organization. I am currently working with EMEA senior leadership to build a new management training program for EMEA, with a combination of global and local priorities. EMEA HR PMO Working with the VP of HR EMEA and Regional HR Directors I provide support to the EMEA HR Team
