ABOUT JENN WELLS
Hi, I’m Jenn! I’ve been called “relentlessly helpful” and \"organized AF\" in my pursuit of marketing strategies that make sense. By streamlining marketing processes and incorporating a combination of volunteers, interns, and AI resources, I\'ve maintained nonprofit marketing department output after a 2/3 staff reduction, and through data analysis and marketing optimization, I\'ve increased creative agency revenue by 67%.In over 15 years in the creative field, I have worked in several industries, including small business branding & web design, nonprofit marketing, education, healthcare software, and even energy trading. I hold HubSpot and Adobe certifications, along with an A.A.S. in Visual Communications and a B.S. in Media Design. I have presented on design, marketing, and leadership topics for Temple University’s Small Business Development Center, the Diamond Challenge Delaware Regional Pitch Event, the Women’s Leadership Conference, and OneCause, and I\'ve been honored to be mentioned in Technical.ly Delaware, Delaware Business Times, and Delaware Live.In 2020, I had the honor of partnering with Jane Clark to form BrandSwan. We had a blast creating a company focused on shared values, goal-oriented quality work, and being our authentic selves always. While I have transitioned out of the company, I remain a staunch supporter and we continue to collaborate on the Swan Boss podcast! I have since worked in nonprofit marketing and, most recently, turned my talents to the higher education space, developing enrollment marketing initiatives and elevating brand awareness at Goldey-Beacom College.Get in touch if you\'d like to know more about marketing, have a collaboration idea, or just want to have a virtual coffee!
