After 25 years of Operations in Germany and 30 years across the globe, Amazon decided to restructure HR and combine so far independent HR departments of Last Mile Logistics, Middle Mile Transportation and our large fulfilment centres. Alongside with this \"One Operations HR\" we also combined Analytics, Project and HR Tech departments in Europe in a regional cross business line approach.In this role I have the honor to lead great 7 regional PXT leaders and in total 80+ people and HR professionals who inspire, lead and shape 19 locations with up to 2500 Amazonians per building. I enjoy supporting and sparring with great leaders, partners and experts to constantly evolve the People Experience as well as Technology to fuel our success agenda.Senior Regional Managers People Experience and Technology work with different Managing Directors, Super-Regional Business Leaders and across support departments as an integral element of our continuous improvement cycle at Amazon. We influence C-Level decisions, drive productivity, minimize silos and optimize the workplace, every new Day 1. And we start with the human.
