My vision: To build the most trusted independent postal and parcel service provider for cross-border logistics in Germany and the EU. How do we accomplish this goal?Trust is the basis for lasting business growth and an inspiring customer relationship. Our combination of postal and non-postal products allows us to offer a customized cross-border delivery solution and to switch from one service provider to the other in real time if necessary. In addition, we work extremely customer-oriented, always trying to achieve the ideal customer experience.This concept has proven successful: in just our second year of operations, we were able to deliver a total of over 25 million cross-border shipments across Europe and the globe. What are my qualifications for pursuing this vision?I have been working in the logistics industry for almost two decades. I started out at the Bauer Media Group as a Management Assistant in Digital and Print Media. After my part-time business studies, I was also able to gain valuable experience at International Mail Net GmbH as Head of Operations and later as General Manager Europe. Along with my team, I was entrusted with supporting the company\'s development from a shipping service provider for international and national letters, magazines and catalogs to a cross-border e-commerce provider for goods and parcel shipments.
