ABOUT SUZANNE KEEN

Suz Keen is a creative leader with an eye for story and a mind for systems. With 20+ years across every corner of the industry–from big-budget TV to editorial content to social-first originals–her work is defined by cultural insight, quiet confidence, and sharp editorial taste. She currently serves as Executive Creative Director at CYLNDR Studios, where she helps shape the creative direction of the studio’s work and teams, setting the standard for modern content and original storytelling across CYLNDR’s creative craft, including creators, design, and emerging AI-driven workflows.Her creative direction blends strategic systems with bold intuition. She’s led campaigns and brand platforms for Adidas, Amazon, Mini Cooper, Il Makiage and the NBA–earning recognition at Cannes Lions, D & AD, One Show, and Clios, where she most recently judged in the Sound Design category (a long-time obsession). She’s not just a maker; she builds the frameworks that allow others to thrive, with a leadership style rooted in authorship, clarity, and creative ambition.Suz began her career as a digital art director and has spent two decades breaking the mold. Equally at home building studio models, crafting iconic lifestyle work, and mentoring teams toward their best thinking. Outside the studio, she is cofounder and creative director of L’officina di LeRoy, a classic car workshop and lifestyle brand. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner, a thriving collection of plants, and a deep belief in following the fun.
