I love what I do! Seeing what starts as a plan/vision for our nation and seeing it through is very rewarding. Whether it be contracting, subcontracting, building teams from the ground up or supplier relationships (and repairing them) everyday is something new and challenging. The value of creating great working relationships, both internal and external (which benefits all parties) cannot be underestimated. Problem solving and multi tasking difficult situations to remain on track are always exciting.Knowing that I actively contribute to and have the ability to influence the bottom line is something I am mindful and respectful of everyday.Continuing to grow and learn from experiences and pass on to others is very rewarding and I am grateful and thankful of all the opportunities that I have received or are yet to come.Having a can do attitude and offering a helping hand never goes astray! Often referred affectionately as the go to girl for resolving critical issues and problems I have been recognised and rewarded for key achievements from all employers- past and present, for contributions to those organisations which have positively benefited from my direct actions and direction and I am very proud and humbled by.
