ABOUT SUVEER DESHPANDE

I like solving complex business problems using good data and clean financial models. Currently, I’m doing my MBA in Finance at Atlas SkillTech University, focusing on how businesses can scale smarter and allocate capital more effectively. Over the last few years, I’ve spent my time across management consulting, corporate finance, and risk advisory. Most recently at Svāpta, I focused on building market entry strategies for Tier-2 cities and designing portfolio models. Before that, I was at Raymond evaluating real estate acquisitions and building project financial models, and at TJSB Bank running credit due diligence for a few hundred commercial loans. I enjoy a good challenge I recently placed in the Top 15 globally at the Boston University Business+Ethics Case Competition, and I’ve successfully led a 60-person team for NITI Aayog’s fundraising campaigns. When I’m not running models or analyzing markets, I write a bit; I recently published a paper on how Fintech is shifting capital markets.
