Liaison Group saves the NHS real money - £100m a year to be exact - and we do this through our workforce, VAT and financial management services. At Liaison Group I am responsible for the Marketing team and the development and management of our marketing, PR and communications strategy. Our workforce management services lead the field in enabling NHS trusts and health boards to gain greater transparency, control and cost savings over their temporary staff spend. Our goal is to deliver control of temporary staffing spending back to the NHS and to facilitate greater self sufficiency and cost savings on this significant area of spend. We\'re proud to be helping the NHS develop their own staff banks and to create regional, shared staff banks where can trusts collaborate regionally to share resources and become more self sufficient within the NHS.
