Achievements- Established a multi-year funding partnership with a CSR donor from inception to completion for a project in one state in Northern India- Expanded Indus Action’s portfolio from 2 states to 4 states in the region in 4 months enabling a potential increase in zonal targets by ~300%- Supported the state of New Delhi in improving velocity and reach of welfare entitlement disbursement by 150% to migrant workers in the region.Job responsibilities:1. Opportunity scoping and business development to expand Indus Action’s portfolio of offerings in the Northern part of India2. Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior bureaucrats in the region to enable sustainable partnerships3. Raising funds through domestic and international channels for the region by creating a funder pipeline, generating leads, preparing and delivering funder pitches4. Managing operations for a growing team of 10 people in the region including talent management and development as well as recruitment5. Managing budget for the zonal operations including donor reporting and milestone based budget utilization reviews
