Post processed logs using TEMS and recommended solution to improve the performance. Schedule Quarterly Cluster drives to evaluate and optimize RF network.• coverage. Improved RSRP, RSRQ, SINR by physical optimizations, Many X2 abnormal interfaces monitored and deleted on periodic bases toimprove HO success rate Plotting the drive route using Actix Spotlight to show the coverage with the, RSRP, SINR, and PCI Downlink and Uplink data as per the requirements. Responsible for checking the radio performance for the newly integrated LTE, sites analyzing drive test logs & reviewing SSV reports. Cluster & Area Optimization of LTE SitesDefining Intar-cell neighbors & , configuration of time to trigger for successful Handovers. Modifying the threshold And Cell parameter for better cell-reselection UMTS toLTE. Increase the Cell-specific reference signals power for Cluster to Improve the Coverage Overshooting analysis, Missing Neighbors detection, Inter-vendor reselection and handover parameter, feature, counter Physical Parameters Verification of new sites as per the planning data. Primarily responsible for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performancemanagement of LTE Network. Test consisted of 3-point Data Uplink,Downlink, Ping Test, handovers checking, Attached, Detached.Analysis of Drive Tests done by measuring Throughput, SNR, RSRP, RSRQ,Analyzing Drive log files with the help of Map info, Actix software.Handover analysis & missing neighbor analysis, Preparing & Floating the KPI trends on daily basis to maintain/check for any degradation. Optimizing the Clusters as per RSRP, RSRQ, EC/N0, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, datathroughput,suggesting new sites as per coverage and capacity requirements based on drive test plots and KPI Trends. Suggesting parameter changes to improve the user & Network throughput. trouble shooting RSSI, VSWR, FIBER loss also.Reports after Site migration, worked on 5G project.
