ABOUT SUSANNE LINDNER

Susanne’s career started in project management and therefore has an extensive background and experience in online research. Having worked on a wide range of project types (full service, sample only) and methods (adhoc, tracker, ad tracking, diaries, bespoke custom setups). In her years at Research Now, she was widely considered a trusted advisor and highly valuable resource internally and externally.In 2016, Susanne decided to join Lucid and help build the London office which opened in January 2016. As the first employee in the London office and Head of European Operations, she took on a diverse role which reflected the start-up feel Lucid London embodied.Besides growing the team, supporting internal and external clients, Susanne was also highly involved in software related queries and developments to ensure all clients were catered for globally.She was often the go to person for queries around EMEA and represented her region in various internal initiatives.In January 2020, Susanne joined the Global Key Accounts team to lead the Customer Success Team for EMEA and North America. The goal of the team was to provide a white glove service for all high profile customers. A key element of this role was also to focus on the integrations Lucid held with these customers.With the acquisition of Lucid by Cint, Susanne had the opportunity to take on another role and join the Demand Integrations team which focuses on integrations with customers. She is now leading a team of integration consultants, focussing on the onboarding and optimization of integrations. She is highly involved in internal initiatives with customers and also internally, with the evolution of our systems and products.
