ABOUT SUSAN MOODY

Susan Moody grew up in the fast-paced New York Metropolitan area and received her bachelor’s degree at Seton Hall University. Her professional background is a balanced blend of recruiting agency, consulting, and corporate leadership experience. Early on in her career, her recruiting strategies were translated into several languages as she partnered with teams in Japan, New Delhi, and throughout Europe. Susan is the recipient of several awards earned for her diligence and achievement. President’s Club, Circle of Honor, Leadership Excellence, and was published in MRI Monthly for her recruiting insights during Y2K. Susan states she has always been a recruiter and a competitor. Whether raising money for her equestrian competition team, who qualified for states, or her Girl Scout troop winning a top cookie sales award, she likes to get people excited about what she is excited about. In her professional life, Susan has always been committed to developing her team and managers. “The true mark of leadership is the greatness you bring out in each teammate”. She lives in the future and is always searching for passion and potential, then carving out a pathway that benefits the employee and, thereby, the business. She received her certification as a Software Asset Manager and is obsessed with technology and how it intersects with Talent Acquisition. Her father, a former NASA Engineer, taught her, “You are only as good as the systems you are built on and the process by which you use them”. Susan has launched recruiting campaigns with several notable healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology companies such as Medtronic, Stryker, Accenture, SAP, Cognizant, Razor Fish, Red Hat, and Eli Lilly. She consulted for Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Selective Insurance, and Prudential Investments before finding her place in a leadership role in corporate America. Susan lives on a small farm in rural New Jersey with her two daughters and some rescued four-legged friends.
